My Story
Life has a way of teaching us through experience
My name is Alejandra Riskin. Originally from Argentina, married, a mother of two, and living in Germany since 2018.
My professional journey began in corporate environments, where I built a solid HR career in large, international organizations. Over the years, I supported people, teams and leaders through complex systems, learning how decisions, cultures and leadership deeply impact real lives at work.
Alongside my professional path, life brought profound personal transitions. Becoming a mother reshaped my priorities and my relationship with work. Migration meant starting over — learning a new language, adapting to a different culture and rebuilding networks for myself and my family. Germany, the place where my relationship with my husband began, eventually became the home where our family took root.
Later, life asked me to navigate one of its most challenging transitions: breast cancer. Going through illness as a migrant, mother and professional transformed me deeply. It strengthened my resilience, clarified what truly matters and reinforced the importance of being accompanied during moments that change us from the inside out.
These experiences taught me that transitions are not something to “get over.” They are something to get Through, day by, day, with a structured, proactive resilience plan. Today, I combine my lived experience with a strong Human Resources foundation to guide people and organizations through critical transitions — helping moments of change become clarity, capacity, shitings points, where life take us to a better new place and sustainable growth, in work and in life.
